Thanks, but she doesn't do that. Her family doesn't really care for her, (that's what she says anyways) I'm not sure she could get a therapist. She also just jokes around about and it kind of turns into a little JOKE almost before I can help.

If she cant get a therapist, maybe let her stay with you or some other family for a while. Does she have any close friends or family? if yes, then that might be an option. I do know some other sorts of methods. I know she cant get a therapist, but you can get online therapists too, so convince her into getting an online one. And no problem ^^
