Alright so, I was gonna make an ota, but then some random burst of motivation appeared, and thus Lullaby was created. Totally the whole backstory!! So Lullaby is a deity of dreams. They often disguise themselves as a human being, and hide in caves to hide the fact they exist. Those who know of Lullaby are children, as Lullaby will enter their nightmares to consume the negative energy from the inside out. The ornaments on that float above their head and hang on their decorative wings store this negative energy and fuel Lullaby, so it is a must to consume the negative energy. After using the negative energy, they go through a process of turning it into a more pure form, and use that to create dreams. Though this task takes time and work, the deity still fulfills its job. Sometimes, the nightmares are too strong for this lower class deity, so they cannot destroy it. This defeat often leads to the person continuing to have a nightmare and the deity to be drained of a tremendous amount of energy.
