hmm- well, i know things suck sometimes and it feels like you will be in the hole you have dug forever, but from someone who is finally starting to improve mentally, things do get better. and i know thats something you prolly hear alot,, but its true. try finding the small things throughout your day that make you happy. and try to turn all the bad stuff into stuff you can laugh about
