I was talking to my mom about dinner and she asked if i wanted something and i said no and she made it anyways and got really mad that i didnt wanna eat it My hand has been hurting all day nobody is taking me seriously i just want to talk im hungry and tired i slept for two hours and i was only supposed to sleep for five minutes Im exhausted and in pain and hungry and my parents are foghting over what im gonna eat because they want me to shut up and stoo crying

I had an energy drink and didnt drink it cuz i was too tired to open it

I feel like my girlfriend doesnt take me seriously and i get so frustrated but i cant tell her im frustrated because then shes going to get upset and feel bad and never forgive herself and im going to have to say No its ok its okay

I cant communicate any negative feelings about stuff shes done to me because i dknt want her to feel so bad about it I told her something made me uncomfortable and she said ill never do that again im sorry over and over and she stilldoes it but i dont wanna tell her about it and i feel like everything i say is a joek to her unless im making it apparent that im upset but i dont want to go through all that because i know she doesnt want to deal with what im upset about and i dont want her to deal with it anyways

I domt want her to feel like shes annoying or a bad girlfriend necause she isnt But i get mad and then i cant take a break from our conversation because i dont want her to feel bad about me leaving her on read so im passive aggressive duringnour conversations because im mad and shes making it worse and is clueless about it and when she isnt she thinks shes a terrible person
