Okay I figured her character out and places her in the story! Name: Mallow Age: 14 She is the leader/protector of an independent city and has the power to control plant growth, which she used for a while to hide the city from outsiders. One day she gets sick and can’t hide the city. The resistance and Eggman learn about its existence at the same time and must race to secure it. By this time in the story redspringgg are all made up and considered elite soldiers so they get to go on the mission. Mallow inherited her position and her powers from her mother who died a few years prior. She’s never had time to properly mourn for her mother’s passing and had to accept her responsibilities without complaining. But while she’s sick she latches on to Spring, who decides to help her with both types of healing. It’s a story that emphasizes Spring’s type of strength and justifies her position on the elite force even though she’s not the best at fighting.

In the end I think the city will be moved underground to protect them again and will become a refuge setting that the characters can return to if they’re ever in trouble! And of course Mallow will keep in contact with Spring
