ok so if you thought I tried to make bill cipher a brother you are wrong, Because even though their names look very similar they are not related. I made will's design different so they didn't look the same the most different design choice i made is giving will a body instead of just a head with arms and legs (please don't bully me because I said bill cipher's design is simple :,O) anyways this has been an oc i enjoyed using in roleplays for 2 years (i guess 3 now because 2021) and i hope i still use this character for a very long time.
