break the neck. remove head, feet, tail, other such respective parts. skin the animal. remove the bones, seperate muscle from organs. cook respective parts accordingly. wash skin, put on tanning board, wait. cook bones down for broth. unusable parts go in compost, or can be properly preserved and sold.
