so I live in St. Paul near Jackson street right? and so there was this creepy old man he's like in his 40s and he's just playing around with kids ( NOT HIS KIDS ) and he hid in a bush where the kids were playing, the mom found him and called the police. So now Im afraid to go outside. :)
