it seems that this is impossible in minecraft, atleast in java edition, the player is facing towards, while placing blocks quickly, however i think its common knowledge for anyone who plays a bridge-related minigame that the player's crosshair cannot be reached to the side of a block unless the player's facing backwards, thus making speed bridging while facing towards impossible
but in bedrock edition, u can place blocks while facing towards, which makes bridging easier , the speed of the block placing in this anim is seemingly fast, but in competitive standards, this is considered normal bridging rather than speed
BUT IN A SERIOUS NOTE, ASIDE ME MAKING A BIG DEAL OUT OF MINECRAFT BRIDGING MECHANICS, THIS IS AN IMPRESSIVE ANIMATION, SO GOOD JOB, @NameTag1
