Have you heard of the Golden King? Not Midas, oh no, the king who didn't learn his lesson with gold! The tale has been lost, but did you know There was a king, who's hair turned to gold and so did everything he touched He became obsessive, he began to hoard the riches of the city One night Without mercy He laid his people to waste In the face of the Gods He danced and he sang "All Dead! All Dead!" and he danced and swayed with his people as he slowly went insane With a loud and disgusting laugh he fell down, into a pond turning the water around him Into solid, now a luxury and there he starved and died Oh! What a fate for Vasilios!

His name was Antreas, renamed Vasilios, or "king" after his hair turned to gold on his 13th birthday. He lived to be 26 before he went insane and killed his entire city. He was cursed from birth. Why Vasilios for Greed? -Easy, it's easy to assume a man is going to be greedier than a woman, I mean, men have had access to wealth and bank accounts longer than women have, so :eyes:. Royalty have also had a history of abusing their wealth (Marie Antoinette), and it's much more easy to assume those in power would in fact, abuse it. Thus. A prince from an era where they valued blonde hair? perfect, in my eyes, to be my sin of greed.

A lil background? -The lil thingy above sums him up. Vasilios was prince, cursed from birth to be an evil man, and as since he was so vile, Lucius (death) gave him a role that he felt was fit for the worst people to roam the Earth. He's the oldest sin (via era he died) and honestly? I feel like something super intense like massacring your people would be a weight that he carried throughout his long, long life. Good, bad people should't get away with the bad things they've done (Death's logic).

What does Greed mean to me? -Greed, is right in the middle of everything. He's somewhat an issue, but he's not always actively there. I get so obsessive with my art supplies, shoes, clothes, because I'm used to it being taken away. All my items mean so much for no reason in particular, but I hoard too much, and for what? Nothing besides the fact that I want it. The thing is, I rarely have money or get gifts so greed's barely there, but when he is, he attacks hard. When I think greed, I think mansions, formal events, banks, jewelry, champagne, ice sculptures, beauty- as Neyo says, a "Champagne Life".
