Toxeon Dripping Pokemon A poison-type It's gooey body emits a strong amount of poison at a large rate. Its poisonous outside can poison even the strongest pokemon. It can alter it's form into a small puddle, helping it defend itself when attacked. In order for an Eevee to evolve into Toxeon, it must touch a moon stone (I guess lol) and be close to it's trainer.
