Base by Moonstar! Sorry the coloring is kinda shit, did it on my phone, but yeah!! Her!! She's a seawing/nightwing hybrid if you couldn't tell, due to being a hybrid her glowing stripes are malformed and don't work, being this dark color. She's essentially an aquatic mute. She understands it just fine, but can't speak it. Instead when she's underwater, she tends to use sign language. Though, she can speak just fine above water as well. Elkhorn is a type of coral if you were wondering! She's generally very sweet, doing everything she can to save sea animals, really only eating land animals as she feels weird eating things like fish and eels. Very innocent and gullible, easy to predict and malleable. No nightwing powers, essentially just a really pretty seawing. She can breathe fire though, but only out of water. Otherwise it just... doesn't do anything.
