get a hollow cylinder and caps for both ends. Drill a hole through one that is just big enough to let a fuse through. Put it on our cylinder. Through the other half, put matchsticks. A lot of matchsticks. Put the cap for that on too. Optional: glue nails to the outside. Light your fuse and throw it off. the pressure buildup with cause it to explode!
