I also have the power of fruits on my side, along with vegetables, and whole grains, and complex carbohydrates, vegetables, which happens to have the most super foods, like broccoli, avocado, kiwi's, will beat your sugary ass

oranges, while yes having some amount of vitamin C, is not the best source of Vitamin C, kiwi is the leading vitamin C organism that is edible, they have little to no calcium despite what you read on juices, that is called fortifying, while yes is good for you, shows that oranges are also not the best source of calcium. mandarins and tangerines are the same, and are oranges. Banana's are high in potassium, yes, but banana's are also extremely sugary, which can lead to heart disease (number 1 killer of people in America) and bone damage. Dragon fruit has nothing, it's just a fruit with no benefits as far as Im aware. potatoes can be good, but not much, it's high in carbs, not exactly dietary fibers carbs, which can lead in increased cholesterol. Fish is very good for you, but it depends what type, cold water fish are VERY good for you like salmon, trout, and other northwest native fish.
