This is Veila. She’s a young adult female fox-wolf hybrid who tries to fight off criminals, but has an.. interesting.. way to do it. She fights them until unconscious, then punished them by putting them in embarrassing situations such as tying them up in a tree in public. She always turns them in in the end, though.
