Linki do not like this question because it really depends on how long you were on flipanim. if someone just joins and draws well, and has made lets say maybe 5 anims and only has 10 likes, that makes seance, there not "underated" and if someone draws horribly but has been on for 3 years and has more likes, there not "overrated"

LinkYou make a point, but there is an in-between that makes either of those words a perfectly logical thing

Linkthe other person that was on longer may only get 1 like per 5 anim, but they were still on longer and has collected the likes for way longer.

LinkSoccerPanda2647 it all does depend on how people use them. but saying someone is underated when they only have 10 likes but just joined is just wrong.

LinkYoojin, i dont think so, like i said it just depends on how long you were on. i seen some people that was on for 3 or 2 years and has 2 followers and alot more likes because they were collecting.

LinkBecause I’m getting sick of the followed users thing popping up
I would say that someone is only overrated if they've been on for a few months and everyone LOVES them
And someone is underrated if they've been on for a few years and have about 10 followers
But then again, it's an interesting question since everyone has their own depiction of what "overrated" and "underrated" mean.
