Do you have an ice pack maybe? If you put one on your ankle then it might soothe it
Yeah I still have the ice pack on it but like I ****ing can’t it’s not working
I'd say keep it on anyways as it might be helping without you realising
Also make sure you have something in between the ice pack and your ankle, like some kitchen paper or a tea towel or something

You should go to the hospital. You can't just "walk it off". It could heal improperly, leading to more issues.
I guess you could walk it off, but it's kinda risky.
I suggest you put on an ice pack for the time being to reduce the swelling

If you can, tell your dad that spraining and/or breaking an ankle is something that shouldn't be ignored like that. At least try to put an ice pack on it.

And I didn’t do anything to hurt my ankle that I’m aware of and it’ll heal like it’s okay I’ve had worse
I hope you feel better. Try to avoid putting weight on it. Take some pain-killers, as well. I'm not experienced but I think it should help.
