What happened to your splatoon??? ;-;

I thinnnnnk it happened to me once but it was when my switch was super new that the only thing I had saved was the splatoon 2 story mode, what I did was to de vinculate the account and put it again, but it warned me all online data will be deleted but since I didn’t have any online data tag I didn’t cared about it, but idk if it’s the same, try opening your ninendo account from the website because sometimes it asks you to put again your password or something like that
