YAY THANK YOU!! Cryolite was inspired by sea creatures actually, the wing type things on his helmet and boots were inspired by the glaucus atlanticus’ fins, so I wanted to give him a real dark blue/ purpleish palette. Starburst is just starburst though, she just had to be a pink moped I don’t make the rules

Honestly just use a bunch of references and between you and me… sometimes I modify the alt mode to look more sci-fi or to fit closer to the bot hehe… it’s allowed okay they’re alien robots I can do what I want. So for example, Cryolite’s alt mode is based on a Mazda rx7 but it’s not accurate at all, but you can tell he’s a Miata. I actually kinda hate his alt mode design though jsjsjsj I smell a redesign

Also Wham’s alt mode was made up a lot from my imagination. She’s my oldest oc as I created her as a kid when I was into monster jam, and she was literally just the Grave Digger but transformer. But I redesigned her a lot since then, so even though she’s definitely inspired by the Grave Digger she’s kind of just her own truck now. Also don’t question the logistics of how she transforms into a monster truck okay younger me was not thinking about the actual anatomy of those things

I also had an oc based on the Megalodon who I never redesigned so maybe I should. But I need to finish Ember and Deepwire’s references first, and also make refs for the ocs living rent free in my head
