Ok so the people who don't know what a Draekioni is: A original species I made, they are Mexican-dragon-like wolf creatures that originated in Puerto Rico in 1902. There are different types and elements that Draekioni hold based off of habitat. This one seems to be a sandy sea draekioni.

Draekion have no hind legs, so their only way to get around is if their tail is on the ground for weight, while their front legs work as how they walk, or they fly.

When they fly, their ears are used for extra movement and balance since they don't have hind legs.

Some of them have neck fur

Yet again, based off of habitat. If a Draekioni lives in a cold area, it has neck fur and bigger fluff, if it lives in a hot habitat, it has really short fur, if it lives in normal climates, it's fur is avaerage.

Some can even have stingers on the end of their tail instead of a tuft.
