What I like about Aaron is that even though he has a horrible first half of his life, and bad things always happen to him things get better for him, and he fixes a lot of his internal issues by learning how to trust and take advice from other people again

Even though hes like pretty much immortal and everyone he loves dies Eventually death becomes more of a celebration and an intimate experience rather than what fueled his hatred on life in the beginning And he could smile when his wife passed on rather than the blank, numb look he had on nearly everyone elses funeral
