This gal is Preya, she is named like that because she was used as a practice target for competition dogs. Her eyes got clawed by a fighter dog and she lost her vision, but luckily managed to run away. A scientist/inventor/technician( who was looking for a blind subject to experiment with) found her and brought her to their lab. They attached a device to her, which allows her to see and express her eyes. The device also helps her see in the dark, and it was light so it doesnt slow her down. She now lives around the city, near the streets, but she often goes to houses to be fed.
