LinkHe's a demon, in case it wasn't obvious. He's a smoker, and he hates anyone who thinks he's innocent. He knows that he's done awful things, yet keeps what those awful things he's done to himself. He's lazy and doesn't forgive people easily.
(Also, the thing on his neck is a tattoo of a flat line, if you couldn't tell)

LinkIn the universe this guy is from, the Devil retired because he had a daughter with a woman on the surface Greek style and put Hitler in charge of hell temporarily so that he could train the heir. Hitler, as a result, made a deal that he'd only run hell if every demon had to wear a swastika. Anyone found without one would be sent to a lower part of hell.

LinkLiam just obeys the rules and fights for Hitler because he rather not have any trouble with the temporary dictator of hell.
