~Bear stared at them for a moment before bending down. His chain clanking on the ground. His heavy and breathing could be heard but nothing else. He reached out to the person and poked them in the back~

~Bears eyes trailed the lad. Looking for any signs of injury. He pulled out a handkerchief laced with golden string. He dabbed it againt cass's face. Bear was not there to hurt them~

{..Are you hurt?..} ~Bears voice was extremely low and raspy.~

~Bear took the hankercheif and pressed it against their wound.~ {Do you have anyone aor anywhere you can go?.. it's obviously not safe for you out here..}

{....Then you will come with me..} ~Bear picked them up and held them like a baby~ {Keep pressure on the cloth..} ~He didn't mind blood getting on him. He was already covered in it~

~Bear quickly exited the alley. The streets were filled with dead or injured men. Bear didn't care though he just kept walking at a fast pace down the street~

~Bear was staring forward as he practically jogged down the street which to the average man would be a sprint~

~Soon they arrived at a very tall building. Bear entered the building and was greeted by a very expensive looking lobby. He walked over to the elevator and stepped inside. Still holding cass~

~Now in the light it was relevant that bear had alot of blood on his shirt. He mumbled to himself as he walked down a small hall and entered a room.~

~Bear walked out with a medical kit. He just grunted in response. Bear picked them up and set them on the kitchen counter.~

~bear took the peice of clothing over the wound and pulled it up.~ {Did the bullet pass fully?..}

~Bear nodded pulling out a cloth from the kit he handed it to them.~ {..Bite down on that and dont stop..}

~Bear grabbed a pair of tweaser. He stuck the tweaser into the wound. He got a small light from the kit. He used his mouth to hold it as he gazed into the wound to find the bullet.~

~After a moment he clamped down on the bullet and slid it out he dropped it on the counter as he grabbed some gauze and disinfectant. He cleaned and wrapped the wound.~ {There...}

~Bear wipes the tears off of their face. He gently picks them up smd walks to the livingroom. He set them down lightly on the cushions as he went to the kitchen to get some ice~

~Bear returned with a bag of ice and a blanket. He wrapped the blanket around the lad and handed them the bag of ice. Bear sat on the opposite end of the couch~

~Bear side eyed them. He wanted to make sure they were okay~

{...you alright?...Can I get you something?..}

~Bear stood up, he decided it would be best to give them some space~

~Bear didn't know how to help, emotions weren't his stronghold~

~Bear sat in his bedroom. His dog "Cub" came and sat next to him~

😰/ ~The man bent down and just stared at them. His body was riddled with scars and cut. The golden chain he wore on his neck scraped the ground lightly. He reached his hand out to touch the lad. Which in the boys perspective was a terrifying sight~

Teehee/ ~Bear just grabbed their hand away examining their face. He looked around the boys body to find where the blood was coming from. He didn't seem bothered or in any way fazed by the event that just occurred. Bears eyes just trailed em. His chain clanking on the ground~

~Bear loosened his grip on Mitch. Using his other hand he pulled out a gun. But instead of using it. He unloaded it and tossed it to the side. He was not there to hurt them. Though he was scary, Bear let go of their arm and sat down infront of them with a loud thud~

~Bear pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket. It was laced with gold string and had his initials sewed into it. He handed it to Mitch. He opened his mouth to speak~ {Are you okay..} ~He had a very deep growling like voice.~

Well when you work for damn rich mob bosses ya get payed nicely// {Do you have a way home.. It's not safe out tonight..} ~Bear slightly glanced behind himself. This fight was just the first of many for him tonight~

Damn thats rough home slice// ~Bear nodded. Without saying another world he picked the dude up and slung him over his shoulder. He started to walk out of the alley.~ {I can't leave you here then..}

~The dogs tail wagged rapidly as it licked alexs face. Bear came out with some clothes. Of course he didn't have any of her size so the clothes were 10× bigger than her~ {There's a bathroom down the hall you can change in..} ~He handed her the clothes~~

~Bear went to the livingroom with cub and plopped down on the couch. Now in the light it was apparent that he had blood all over him but he was to tired to care~

Sorry fell asleep) {Little bigger on you than expected...} ~Bear got up and walked to the kitchen~ {..You hungry kid?}

~Bear bent down to the man. His golden chain hitting the ground. He just stared at them. He had very obviously sharp teeth and his body was riddled with scars. Bear reached out his hand to the boy. To anyone this was a terrifying sight~

~Bear took them by the shoulder and sat the back down. His eyes trailed along the lads body trying to find his injury.~

~Bear covered their mouth with one hand. He gestured for them to be quiet. He took his gun out of it's holster. But instead of using it he unloaded it and tossed it to the side. This was his gesture of saying. I'm not going to kill you.~

{I am not here to hurt you..} ~Bears voice was low and raspy.~ {Just let me see where you were hurt..}

~Bear sighed rubbing his face. He hated it when people were frightened of him. Bear stood up, his chain swinging.~ {If that is what you wish..you can stay here on the streets..} ~Bear brushed himself off, his hands tightened into a fist as he turned to leave~

~Bear turned his head slightly~ {What.}

~Bear rubbed his neck before turning back around. He pulled out a old flip phone and a handkerchief. He handed it to them.~ {It's alright kid...Stop cryin' you'll attract more unwanted attention to yourself...}

~Bear bent down and held the handkerchief to the wound for him. He didn't mind the blood getting on him~

~Bear waited. He kept glancing behind him. He seemed like he was expecting something to happen~

{Quiet..} ~He growled, looking behind himself once more. His teeth were apparent in that moment. They were extremely sharp~

~Bear used his other hand to cover his teeth. He hated being scared of. It made him feel like a monster~

😭/ ~Bear stayed silent. The only noise he made was his chain dragging on the ground~

{You almost done kid?..} ~Bear kept looking behind himself~

{Why..} ~Bear took his hand away from his mouth. This lad was taking up his time and it wasn't safe for either of them to be there~

~He gestures behind himself~ {Those guys who started all of this are after me.. And I can't have any more of them finding out where I am. So do me a favor and lower your damn voice.} ~Bear was debating whether or not to leave this lad~

~Bear fell silent aswell. He didn't want to be out there. The longer he was out there the more likely it was for him to get into another fight~

{Do you have a place to go..It isn't safe out tonight..} ~This happened to be bears 4th fight of the night. It was beginning to become increasingly dangerous out on the streets~

~Bear thought for a moment. He then picked up the lad and hoisted them over his shoulder~ {Then you will come with me..} ~This action didn't seem odd to him. There was no what ifs or buts about it. Bears goal was to keep them safe now~

~Bear walked out of the alley. The streets were covered in dead, injured or passed out men. Who had done all of this was the question. Bear didn't seem to care though he just kept walking down the street. Carrying them was extremely easy to bear so it didn't bother him none~

~Bear glaced at them for a moment. Continuing to walk. He wasn't used to people touching him.~ {What is your name..} ~He broke the silence. Practically slicing the silent air with his voice~

{Worthless..well good thing I ain't your roommate taj..} ~Bear almost seemed amused by this name~

~Bear remained on the couch. He rubbed his neck. Tired from this night. Inside the bathroom was a very large and scary black pit. Itt had scars all over its body. As soon as it saw Taj it started growling loudly~

~Bear was suprised for a moment. He slightly chuckled.~ {That's just cub..} ~He whistled for the dog and cub came running in. But this time excited and his tail was wagging~ {he just didn't know who you were..} ~Bear patted their back~

~Bear chuckled, the many scars on his body were apparent now. Cub jumped up on the couch. Looking slightly jealous that his dad was giving someone else attention~

~Cub didn't growl but instead his tail wagged as he rubbed his hand against Tajs hand. Cub wore a similar collar to bears. Except without the chain. Cub had short black fur and its body was riddled with scars.~

~Cub put his head and front paws in bears lap. Bear patted the dogs head as he leaned his head back. He sighed and used his other hand to rub his eyes. My mans was tired~

{Uh...Taj- you can sit up here y'know-...} ~Bear tilted his head slightly, confused by this odd behavior~

{You do you kid..} ~Bear got up and walked to the sliding glass door which led to a small balcony. He pulled a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and pulled one out. He stuck it in his mouth and lit the end with a golden lighter~

~Bear looked down at them, pulling out another he lit it while looking at them dead in the eye~ {My body..my choice} ~His constant smoking probably played a roll in the raspy part of his voice~

{Noted..} ~Bear leaned on the railing. Bear rubbed his eyes as he puffed a large cloud of smoke~

~Bear finished his cigarette, tossing it off the balcony. He walked back inside~ {You can take my bed if you wan-} ~He paused and looked around he saw the note and picked it up. Bear skimmed it before collapsing on the couch. He put his face in his hands and mumbled to himself~ {Way to go...You scared em off..you ****ing idiot..}

Oh shit that was fast lol/ ~Bear was already asleep though. Tonights event's wore him out. As he slept his arm moved over and put itself over Taj. Bear was completely unaware of this~

No I ment how quickly you responded 😭/ ~Later in the early hours in the morning Bear woke up. Looking down he saw Taj had returned. Made him feel a little better. Bear realized that his arm was over Taj and he gently took ot off them. He stood up, stretching. Definitely wasn't his best nights sleep~

~Bear rubbed his neck, looking down at them.~ {...Yea I-...} ~It was difficult for bear to Express his emotions to people so any sentimental feelings were like spitting fire to bear. It burned~ {...I missed you too...} ~Bear started to walk to the bathroom to take a shower. Cub was just staring at Taj~

~Bear later walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waighst. He walked into the kitchen and started making making coffee. Bear saw nothing wrong with just wearing the towel as he was used to being alone in his house~

Haha gay/ ~Bear did not notice this of course and made two glasses of coffee for them. He walked over to Taj and handed him a glass. Bear then sat down on one of the ends of the couch. Still seeing no problem~

{Eh?..} ~Bear glanced at them before sipping his coffee. His hands were much bigger than the glass~ {Ya want me to change?..}

{You're the boss..} ~Besr set his glass down and started to walk back to his room to change~

~Cub turned his back to them. Obviously jealous that Taj was getting bears attention. After a bit Bear returned. Now he was wearing a quite fancy red vest with his black overalls. Bear sat back down. Cub trotted over and layed in bears lap~ {Better?..}

~Bear picked up his glass again. He drank the whole thing in a few sips. Due to his size normal proportions of food were small to him. Bear patted the dogs head. He stared at his glass before speaking~ {...You said if you returned home you would be abused...Where do you live..}

{And the people there..Do they mean anything to you...} ~Bears eyes trailed to slightly gaze at Taj~

{...alright..} ~Besr suddenly got up and cub jumped off his lap. Bear made his way to the door. He pulled somthing gold out of the pocket of the bag sitting next to the door. He whistled for Cub and he ran up to bear~ {I'll be back...}

~Bear left the building locking the door behind himself. Taj was alone now~

~It was extremely high up. Above the clouds even~

~Bears home had alot of rooms but he mainly used only three~

~There were a wide variety of different clothes. From fancy to casual. There was a large mirror at the end of the closet. There was also a safe behind some of the clothes~

~Everything was way to big on them.~

~Most of the clothes had hidden wepons in them. The rest of bears room was quite fancy. His bed was very large and had red curtains around it. His blankets were made. Most of the colors on it was red and black the pillows were laced with gold. The flooring was msrble and the ceiling had a chandelier.~

~Hours later Bear arrived home. Blood trickled down his lip but his shirt and pants were soaked in blood. He was carrying a white husky in his arms. Cubs face was dripping blood but not his own. He opened the front door and set the dog down. He glanced at the living room and didn't see Taj*

~Bear walked into his room and went to the side of the bed. He bent down and looked at them. He shook Taj's shoulder lightly~ {Ya got a friend here Taj..}

~Bear stood up straight. He wiped the blood off his face, looking at his hand. Bear mumbled to himself as he walked to the bathroom with cub to clean up~

~Bear on the other hand was busy washing cub in the tub before taking another shower himself. He stepped out of the shower and looked st himself in the mirror. He looked at his split lip before taking a medical kit and patched it up. He walked out, towel wrapped around his waist he glanced at Taj~ {He went through my clothes?..How can a creature be that small..} ~Bear slightly smiled before grabbing a change of clothes and changed~

~Cub squeezed in between them. Cub was in a way angry that his dad was bringing all these guest over. Bear bent down and petted the two. His chain once again hitting the floor~

~Cub looked up at bear with concern. Bear chuckled, but he covered his mouth. He stood back up and walked out to the bed. He sat on the opposite end. Bear looked at his hands for a few minutes~

~Cub kinda growled but didn't move. Bear laid on the bed but kept hid space from Taj. He didn't want to bother him~

~Bear froze, he still wasn't used to physical touch. He carefully rolled over to face Taj. Bear didn't want to accidentally crush him. He hesitated a bit as he put one of his arms over Taj~

~Bears face didn't chsnge but he didn't try and leave either. He hesitated before pulling then a bit closer. Wrapping his other arm around them. Bear was quiet and was looking down at taj. Fascinated by them~

~Bear allowed himself to relax, and clise his eyes. He sighed before drifting asleep~

~Bear opened his eyes and forced a smile down. He covered his mouth with his hand. He was genuinely confused on how anyone could be attracted to him. His teeth was one of the most off putting to people because how sharp they were. Thats why he often covered his mouth and never smiled. Though he couldn't help but feel a bit happy at this moment~

~Bear froze at the words I love you. And not like his normal freeze of shock it was a freeze of fear. He quickly sat up mumbling to himself. His hands were shaking as he got up and walked to the bathroom. He kept mumbling things. And my man never got scared so this was something~

~Cub watched the whole thing. He whimpered as he walked back into the closet and came back with a small shoe box. He hopped on the bed and dropped it in Tajs lap~

~Inside the box were pictures of bear and a woman. He seemed happy in them. But wt the bottom of the box was a piece of red silk that matched one of the dresses the woman was wearing. And next to it was was a peice of paper with writing on it~

~The letter had very shakey writing the letter stated..~ "Shes gone. She's gone. I failed her. I didn't fully complete a assignment. They came to our home while we slept and caught us off gaurd. We were pulled awake to yelling and group's of men. I didn't have time to portect her. They pulled her away from me..I was held down by about 10 men. I almost got free but was pistol whipped on the head. I was delusional..couldn't think straight. I was losing control of my own body. They held her at gunpoint. I didn't think they'd actually hurt her. I remember what they said.."We can't let your failure go unpunished." She was crying as they held her. I tried to help as best I could. There was no time to react as the flash of light hit. She fell over. The blood hit the walls..I couldn't help I couldn't.." ~The letter trailed off~

~Bear didn't respond for a moment.~ {....You CAN'T love me...You're just risking your life for no reason You're not safe here..with me...} ~Bear sighed~

~Bear fell silent again. He gripped the counter~ {Why didn't you tell me that your family was responsible for HER} ~He bore his sharp teeth as ge spoke~

~Bear didn't respond he was once again covering his mouth. His arms were shaking as he whispered to himself. Love after his wife was extremely difficult for him. He didn't want to get anyone else he loved killed~

~Bear leaned on the counter completely unaware. He gripped his chest as his whispers became quieter~

Wait was his father jus waiting for him/ ~Bear looked at the dog and followed~

~Bear stepped closer to them. There was silence for a moment before bending down. His long golden chain hitting the ground. He stared at them for a moment before reaching out to them. To anyone this was a terrifying sight~

~Bear slightly retracted his hand. He trailed the man with his eyes to find their wound. He saw where the man had been shot. Though Bear hated it when people we frightened of him he wanted to help. Pulling out a handkerchief with golden lace he got closer to them pressing the cloth against the wound.~ {Stay still..} ~Bears voice was deep and raspy~

{I ain't gonna hurt ya' kid...You got somewhere you can go or someone to call?...}

~Bear picked up the phone with his free hand. He wasn't big on technology but tried to find someone to call~

{...uh....} ~Bear looked at them. He didn't understand how phones worked~ {...Your bro needs someone to pick them up..} ~Bear held the phone with two fingers trying not to break it.~ {It would be appreciated if you'd hurry..}

~Bear picked them up holding the cloth to their wound.~ {You need to seek medical help...But you need to get off the streets as fast as possible it dangerous out tonight..}

{..Best you can do is find a clinic but I doubt there are any on this side of town...}

~Bear sighed~ {My house is about a block away from here. I have medical supplies there that we can use...this isn't my first time dealing with a gunshot wound..}

{..The nearest clinic is 20 miles away at your rate you won't make it that long...My homr on the other hand is just a block away..I know how to deal with gunshot wounds..You hsve no other choice than to let me help you...}
