these rules are the rules that i have to follow when i make adopts and customs cuz i feel that these are fair. ^^

- if someone declines on a ota once i posted the winners they get the oc for free - if i don't do actual like art on a custom (from a custom 4 custom) it becomes free - if the coloring on a custom is bad it becomes free - I have to redesign a custom if the person who it's for doesn't like it and that's about it with the rules that i make myself follow and if i forget about these rules please remind me of them ^^
