Alright,
The first thing I noticed is that the face looks like a pancake. I think the size and position of the eyes makes it look flat. I’d say make the eyes a bit bigger because you usually make them a bigger size, and such a big head and small eyes looks disproportionate.
Another thing that is that the body is a bit too big and rectangular compared to the head. It looks like a bar of soap with barbie limbs attached. I’d say make ir more curvy.

Okay so I looked at this upside down and saw a huge difference with the head. It looks a little wide and the yes are a little high and are only a tiny bit awkwardly placed
