all you do is design an oc, put "ota" in the title, and people will throw their oc folders at you then you just list what characters from their folders you'd be willing to trade for and they tell you if they accept or not (btw, ALWAYS make sure you AND the other person say deal before taking their oc or it can cause confusion)
