When lip syncing I often-times slowly mouth the words to myself so I can figure out the mouth shapes. It means that you can easily see how the mouth should look when lip syncing ^^ For example: For the "I" part, the mouth should be open making a normal open mouth shape to a closed one. For the "F" part, the mouth should be closed with (optional) the teeth biting the lip. For the "ee" part, the mouth should be simply open and finally, for the "L" part, the mouth should be slightly open with the tongue touching the roof of the mouth. Then again, everyone lip syncs slightly differently! Some people have the teeth gritted for the "L" part ^^
