Overall, the background is colored nicely, and it is smooth, but I feel like it is a bit bland, considering that the title literally is an emoji with a starry constellation. Perhaps you could’ve added something with lighting? I think that would’ve added a nice effect, like when you’re outside at night, and the moon is shining brightly, and the moonlight washes over you, giving you a pale, mystical effect.
There’s also some places where the lineart is a bit messy, albeit smooth. I love the use of different line weights, though! There’s also something about the snout that just,,,, sets me off? I think that straight line between the eyes went a bit too high up, and there’s something else I can’t put my wee little finger on.

and i dont really like over detailing backgrounds since it takes from the character being the main subject
1st one:
The hair is a little strange to look at, although it's not horrible, that's something that needs to be worked on. The background could be a little more complimentary but it's good as is.
2nd one: I mean, there's really not much I can critq here. Expressions??? I dunno.
