YES *immediately follows* i really dont understand why people think its toxic... still. tbh yes, their relationship WAS toxic, but NOW bakugo is trying to mend back his relationship with midoriya, and even jumped in front of him and got impaled saving him. it really upsets me when people continue to call it toxic and it drives me to two conclusions: either they are ignorant to bakugo's character development or dont believe in it OR they havent even thoroughly watched the series and isnt up to date. the fact that they had a rough past, means that when they can completely fix their relationship and become good friends or more (im rooting for "more"), they will be even closer to each other compared to average friendships. i especially loved the heroes rising movie, my god. dem gay bois held hands to save the world. oh and that childhood friend thing is a big thing for me too <3
