Linkmake sure to pay attention to all parts of the body when posituoning the character.
for casual stances, if the chracter is unoccupied and not posing, and was not just previously doing something, for an idle stance, try to occupy the character maybe, hve their hands doing something or in their pockets, on their hip, o resting somewhere

Linkexaggerate sometimes, make intense poses, tilt their heads and have hips forward while the chest leans back, or vice versa. bend knees, have acharacter rest all their weight on one leg and have that show. have how tired they are show in their posture
