Hmmm maybe make the cheeks a lil more narrowed, uhm, this may sound weird but usually the female anime girl have the chest plate a lil more rounder, and the hair just lined not so squiggly ^ ^

hair more bigger up top, slender cheeks, much more illuminated eyes, much more dimension to the clothes and hair, add shading, practice expressions. if its too much to handle, follow me for more tips and talks!
