I have some stuff that helps me Venting obviously, but there’s also sticking to routines. It makes me feel like my world isn’t falling apart if I do my chores, go to school, etc. Also try not to take your anger out on other people, because no matter how many times they tell you it’s ok afterwards, you’ll feel guilty. Try not to look at people’s edgy art :) Also singing a sad song that you relate to. I become like an actor. Imagine you’re in a room that relates to the song. Etc. Drink lots of water!!! You’re crying a lot, stay hydrated!! We all want you to be okay, and you getting sick from crying too much would make me feel :(( I hope things get better. The pain won’t go away, it just gets... less pain. But sometimes a song or a place or a food will make it pain again. But if you keep going, you’ll find a reason to live.
