He awoke, or all test, he thinks he did. He was surrounded by darkness. He couldn't see a thing. Before he lost hope of all vision, he beheld a monster, bigger than anything he's ever seen. The monster's scaly body held a large pole on top of his head. He roared thunderously, trembling the invisible ground beneath him. The young man fell, to what seemed like an eternal abyss, until he heard a voice, "Link. Link, wake up. It's okay, I'm here for you. I'll.never leave." He awoke, this time, sure of it, and found himself on the floor, a bird sticking its head through the window.
