LinkI know this is commonly used in cartoons to represent love orlust, but I just had a panic attack and my hear was beating fast and I was afraid Inwas going to go into cardiac arrest.
Yeah, all it does is decide at random intervals to justpump me full of adrenaline and make feel like I'm dying.
wow that sucks. My stomach usually does that to me to replace my heart. That sounds edgy, but I can’t guarantee you it’s not because my heart was torn away through my mouth by my hand and I simply gave it to an unknown fictional toxic character I like to romanticize and unhealthily often think she’s real
Ever had a comedown from a panic attack fuelled adrenaline rush?
Because all three stages suck really bad.
And then the post comedown jitters lead you to an intrusive thought that gets you reallr sad.

so whenever I drink coffee, i freak out and have a panic attack because my heart is like a ****ing race horse.

My mum's got sciatica, my dad's got arthritis, and my uncle has some degenerative disease that means at some point he's going to be paralyzed from the waist down.
