Williams was in the capture of a man named Louis Agensi. Louis performed multiple expeiriments on him, and even beat him to behave. One of the experiments was to test how to relieve poison from a plant or food. However..this went horribly wrong and Williams ended up dying because of it- a long and tragic death that he now does to alive people to relieve his pain.
