I have really bad anxiety I have panic attacks and anxiety attacks so bad I have to use an inhaler ts get serious

Sometimes I wake up having a panic attack i have a anxiety disorder

Well I’m not diagnosed but ykw I don’t really care I think it’s obvious

That's really scary I hope it's manageable I have anxiety but not that bad

It’s okay yk I would say it doesn’t affect me everyday but I have anxious thoughts everyday if I have a headache I think the fluid in my brain is going to pop

It helps to talk to people and keep my mind off of it it hits the worse when I’m not occupied doing something

I hate when people dumb down anxiety to just all being in your head because it does have physical symptoms when you have panic attacks it can affect your asthma and make it even harder to breath I also get tunnel vision it just sucks And people will be like it’s all in your head Tired face emoji

I’m sure if I get back into therapy I’ll be calm again, my anxiety got a lot better when I had a therapist

For me I feel a lot safer around doctors or at the hospitals I used to HATE hospitals but now I feel the safest when I’m in one UNFORTUNATELY I don’t have insurance so to
