I hate myself so much to the point were it is really close to me never being able to love myself. Im a huge people pleaser and would probably help someone so much to point were i'd be so stressed i'd die :) Please help me

Ok, this worked for me so hopefully this can work for other people, everyday when you wake or before you go to sleep go to the mirror and say 10 positive things about yourself. If it helps write down all the things that you hate about yourself then tear up the paper. Do you something you like doing like listening to upbeat music or drawing. Start relaxing more, take some time for yourself.
