I understand your hopelessness, I get it a lot too, and honestly it took me a lot of time and energy to want to get back up into school again and even now I’m not sure if it’s worth it. But- I have a teacher and one friend who genuinely wants me to make it through and graduate. Even if it feels like no one is really on your side, I find it calms me down to think from a different perspective,,”My mom is angry at me because I’m being lazy?” No..”My mom is upset because she came home to a dirty house” it’s not an easy change though hun, but I’ll be one of your supporters

I know exactly how you feel love and I’m not even sure how to make it go away, my therapist says it’s a big and long process. But it is achievable
