Real convenient how people will say I'm "not changing" when the only reason they're saying that is because I've been coming home exhausted from therapy all day and I just don't talk to them Because I'm literally sleeping

It's so unfair

Because I'm learning to cope and communicate better people say I've changed to much or I've changed too little- I just wanted to come home, say hi to my friends and talk And now I- I just Don't really have anyone to talk to like that- it doesn't matter anyway sorry
