1- i think the neck should be thinner
2- shoulders should be wider
3- you should draw sketch lines, one across and one horizontal, to make drawing the face easier

Linknooooooo never messy then i would have to work harder to make it look good
besides i already stopped drawing lines in the middle because it did not help even though u say it does it doesn't work for me
