Slinky Dog is a tax fraud committer. He fell into a economic depression from the tax fraud, and lost all the details he once had. His bones popped out of his body since he couldn’t lose anymore details on the outside. His legs stopped moving, so he got surgery to add wheels to the bottom of his feet.
