Well it takes practice and a lot of patience.
Also learn color theory, learn where the light source is located at, and use the opacity tool!
I’m almost pretty good at those last two things. I don’t know much about color theory, sadly

Most of the time spent is basically trial and error especially for the shading and details. Some people make art that takes days to complete. As quoted from Toy Story 2 "You can't rush Art."
