First, I made a circle for the head and duplicated it for about 40 frames (make sure that each frame is at the fastest speed possible) then I drew the ponytail slowly turning around, and as I do, I think about how it would move. Last, I drew the face and the hair line slowly appearing, leaving it out of the first 10 or so frames because in those frames the head is to the back of you. Last, I color it in.
