I used to listen to CDs or audiobooks but they'll be whispering so bad you could hear a pin drop one second, and the next they're screaming at the top of their lungs and throwing chairs across the room so yeah, the volume is shit to deal with when you're trying to relax and sleep

so basically when i was little my parents would always teach us what to do when someone asks you to come with them, they follow you, etc. but they over taught it to us that i used to have reallly bad anxiety. (plus on top of that sometimes our family can be a mess) so my parents would always send me to diffrent theripests (sorry for spelling) but i never would open up to them so i would get in trouble for not telling them cause my parents where paying for it but then in like the middle of 5th grade i like flipped almost to where i wasnt scared of anything i used to be scared or get nervouse about things that now dont bug me at all though they sometimes bug others a few times it has gotten to the point where people tell me not to do something because i dont get nervouse anymore but i still have some other truama stuff XDDDDD

yeah, my family did the same things, with the "don't go with strangers" stuff, but also went a little too far, to the extent of showing me how i was born when i was 5 ( i was born by c- section, which is a little less gross, but still kinda traumatizing.)

I read for almost an hour every night. It helps me relax and reading is off electronics. It is like a movie but in ur head if that makes sense XD Anyways I like to do that. It's something I rlly like so if I'm stressed or depressed and I read I feel SO much better and I have to say sometimes it does make u tired. So maybe try that? Idk honestly XD
