Technically most of my life's breaking down right infront of me.
My father figure is leaving the country,i found out that my biological dad died
My mum's also leaving for a while
To 'check if brazil is safe for us to visit'.
And many more.
I hope ya'll are doing okay,i know quarantine's been rough for some of you and i'm always here to help.
My mental health hasn't been too good either,someone please explain to me why i can't talk to someone without having shaky hands and legs lmao
Shaky hands while talking to someonee.. hm that's social anxiety? I presume you'd have it :( if it's getting serious DO talk to a doctor to get some medication, therapy or some sort of help. If you're already on medication, and feel shaky talking to some irl talk to us online. We're here for you <3
