so like- there’s a bunch of scary stuff and at night all these things are what I think about and I’m really scared of all of it and I don’t know what to do about it

I’m supposed to always be happy and cheer people up and be smiling, telling puns and laughing
when I’m not I sound annoying and needy
my family doesn’t talk to me so I can’t go to them
