so me and my sister live in apartments and stuff and one day we were getting ready to play outside on our scooters, and an old lady with snow white hair and purple clothes with a clipboard and pen walk past our yard inspecting it. the way she was headed there would be a fence she had to climb to get in front of the buildings. So me and my sister ignore her and play outside, a while later shes in front of the buildings, even tho shes way too old to climb the fence she would have had to climb to get where she was.... So later we take a break and this lady had been gone a while... then we see her in the road halfway up the hill walking down, then she walks between a dump site and a truck, and disappears! We scootered over to check but she wasnt in the truck or the dumpsite or anywhere! we told our dad when he came home and said that it was her job, but we think its a ghost
