say hello to azure, hells newest fallen angel help that sounds SO corny anyways time to explain her super cool backstory!! wooo!! azure died at the age of 36 in 1998 due to natural causes she did manage to get into heaven, where she met the love of her life, and their adopted son. azure lived a awesome afterlife up in heaven, every day being a new day with her lovely wife fun fact! azure was actually cool friends with sera and a journalist for heaven! but she knew heavens secret. she knew that the people of heaven had no idea that adam and his army of exorcists would go down to hell once a year and slaughter thousands of souls to make sure sinners didn’t overpower the golden gates to heaven. azure agreed to keep the secret. even from her own family!

but that cost her everything. one extermination day, adam and sera needed extra eyes on hell because there were more sinners than usual. wayyy more. and azure, being a very skilled journalist, volunteered to go down to the fiery pit of hell (with protection of course.) to make sure everything was up to snuff. adam immediately went against it, but azure made sure sera was reassured so she could go down. azure would be lying if she said she didn’t want to know more about hells society and the way it worked. so she was pretty excited herself. when they stepped through the portal, azure was amazed at how disgusting and destroyed everything was. it was almost as if it were just as she imagined it. she was assigned a exorcist for her protection, to make sure no sinner of hell would snatch her and make her stay down there for eternity. but that didnt matter.

the exorcist she was assigned to was quite the fellow. he stated that she could protect herself and his job was not to be a “babysitter” azure, infested with everything around her, didnt seem to care. (gee, that angel sure did want the most kills that year.) anyways, hours seemed to pass as azure explored the scene around her. when she finally noticed, she realized she was lost. panic filled her throat as she scrambled almost all around the pride ring, trying her best to find a sign of any sort of angel (she was mostly looking for adam) nothing turned up.

just as she was about to give up, she heard adams final call to any other angels around to make sure everyone was accounted for. azure ran as fast as her legs could take her. when she saw the glowing of the portal, she was filled with hope. she could go home. but just before she could make it, the final angel turned their back and their fabric of the portal closed, leaving azure on her knees, trying to grab at nothing. azures years in hell are counted to be almost four. her angelic look took way to a more…demonic form as she adapted to her surroundings. she began to care less and less about going back to heaven. she didnt want to go back to a place where the people didnt even care whether or not she died. but there was a tiny part of her that longed to be back in her wife’s arms. she shooed it away though.

every extermination she would not try and go home, she would isolate herself and make sure she wasnt seen by anyone. no sinner, no angel. the other reason azure had no intention of going back to heaven is because of the way she looks. she didnt want anyone to see her like this. oops this got um long! im sure u get the gist or wtv im gonna go do smth else besides type up a whole fanfic introduction to a character ive only drawn like 4 times
