I just wanna talk about something I added to my stitchpunk story, just keep in mind that this talks about rot, death, and decay, I will clear out my comments after writing about this

No one dares to get into the top floor of the tower, why? because there's rotting bodies up there, it smells like hell up there, there's a blood trail on the stairway on the 2nd to last floor that leads into the top floor, like someone was dragging the dead bodies up there. On the 2nd to last floor, there will be rancid blood occasionally dripping between the cracks of the wooden ceiling above. On the top floor, rotting corpses lie in there in darkness, many of which barely have any flesh on them, so it's mostly the skeleton that you find up there, you can mold growing on scarce flesh on most the dead bodies, and the wooden floor too, sometimes even on the stone walls.
